Our Mission

"To provide the best living environment for any student attending Binghamton University."

From college roommates to business partners, our roots are in Binghamton. Countless hours were spent in our suite, 4C, in the Seneca Dormitory of the CIW community discussing how to build this company together. Today, we are proud to invest in Binghamton's ever-expanding community, we're focused on helping students find comfort transitioning to their new home. Whether your family is a few hours away or you're embarking on a new educational journey in a different country, we want you - our tenant - to feel comfortable coming home every day. To accomplish this, we've hand-selected properties in the safest areas in the Westside of Binghamton and have personally invested time in modernizing our homes. We've also developed relationships with local property managers to ensure a high standard of maintenance, service, and reliability. We hope that you consider us your partner. We look forward to welcoming you into our network and, more importantly, into your new home.

4C Seneca: Where the Company Really Started

It may not seem like much – maybe even strange – but 4C Seneca is where this company actually started. After living off-campus for a few years, we quickly realized the need to deliver best-in-class off-campus housing for Binghamton students and delivered immediately after graduating.
